摘要: Despite the fact that a variety of experimental techniques have been devised over years to induce tetraploid mammalian embryonic development, success rates date limited. Apart from early study by Snow, who obtained development term limited number cytochalasin B-induced mouse embryos, no other researchers achieved embryos beyond postimplantation period. We now report advanced following electrofusion blastomeres at 2-cell stage, and subsequent transfer these 1-cell 'fused' appropriate recipients. Cytogenetic analysis extraembryonic membranes all encountered in present has provided an unequivocal means confirming their chromosome constitution. A preliminary morphological histological this technique revealed characteristic craniofacial abnormalities particularly involving forebrain eyes were consistently observed, features often associated with vertebral axis heart. The most viable embryo series was recovered on 15th day gestation, its suggest it developmentally equivalent normal about 13.5-14 days p.c.
