摘要: ABSTRACTIntracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is the most frequently applied method for fertilization making process of identifying perfect spermatozoon fundamental. Herein we offer a critical and thorough presentation on techniques reported regarding (i) handling preparing semen samples, (ii) ‘fishing’ spermatozoa, (iii) improving key factors, such as motility successful ICSI practice. These approaches are suggested to make easier more effective especially in atypical challenging circumstances. Furthermore, present an epigrammatic opinion-where appropriate-based upon our collective experience.
