摘要: The current industrial revolution., known as Industry 4.0, consists of the digitalization processes and also incorporates use 3D printers, autonomous vehicles, Internet Things (IoT), robotics, virtual reality companies, must adapt to these changes. For reasons, next generation Business Engineers strengthen their technical knowledge personal skills face this new digital era. In work, different learning methods that reinforce soft or social focused on Integration, Trust, Communication, Collaboration (ITC2) are shown acquire necessary tools occupy jobs lead revolution. purpose, methodologies, such serious games, gamification, simulation case studies proposed for teaching ITC2 in an Engineering course. Significant improvements were made students' academic performance continuous critical thinking.
