摘要: AbstractA new natural mycotoxin was isolated from the fermentation broth of Trichoderma sp. Jing-8 and structure determined as alternariol 1′-hydroxy-9-methyl ether (1), together with twelve known compounds. The structures were elucidated on basis their 1D, 2D NMR spectra mass spectrometric data. Compounds 1, 8 9 indicated inhibitions against germination seeds cabbage MICs < 3 μg/mL. compound 1 showed antibacterial activity Bacillus subtilis Staphylococcus aureus MICs at 64 μg/mL. Compound 3 significant DPPH radical-scavenging activities IC50 12 μg/mL, respectively. OH C-1′ in decreased cytotoxicity these mycotoxins. A primary structure–activity relationship about derivatives discussed. 2–7 first time to be Trichoderma.
