摘要: Complex spatio-temporal patterns of cell clusters were observed in colonies chemotactic bacteria such as Escherichia coli or Sallmonella typhimurium. The production a potent chemoattractant by the themselves reaction to certain nutrients is essential factor for this pattern formation. Additional collective dynamics, translation and rotation bacterial reported from experiments on colonies. Motivated observations we suggest simple model description using concept active Brownian particles. Individual based models represent an interesting alternative usually employed mean field chemotaxis-diffusion equations (Keller-Segel model) they allow us study macroscopic formation colony, dynamics ensembles, well microscopic individual cells. In paper derive basic assumptions about discuss parameter choice comparison with biological data analyse system. Finally extend velocity-alignment (swarming) interaction which leads novel
