摘要: Smart spaces with multiple interactive devices and motion tracking capabilities are becoming more common. However, there is little research on how interaction one device affects the usage of other in space. We investigate effects mobile physical gestural motion-tracked environments. For our user study, we built a smart space consisting gesture-controlled large display, an NFC reader device, to simulate system which users can transfer information between personal devices. The study 13 participants revealed that (1) gesturing as well passive stance; (2) may stop moving completely when they intend interacting display; (3) overlapping make unintentional significantly frequent. Our findings give implications for design spaces.
