摘要: A Si3N4 core waveguide, matched to a laser mode, is adiabatically tapered into SiO2:P fiber mode. When used couple the light from semiconductor an optical fiber, loss of 3.1 dB obtained, compared 4.5 obtained with lensed fiber.
