摘要: An apparatus for processing multidimensional data with strong spatial characteristics, such as raw image data, characterized by a large number of parallel streams in an ordered array, comprises (e.g. 16,384 128×128 array) elements operating simultaneously and independently on single bit slices corresponding array incoming under control set instructions. Each the bidirectional bus communication register storing together random access memory unit associated circuitry, including binary counter/shift device, performing logical arithmetical computations slices, I/O interfacing stream source. The massively processor architecture enables very high speed amounts ordered, translation shifting or "sliding" bits vertically horizontally to neighboring elements.
