摘要: AbstractPurpose: To investigate the agents of bacterial contamination contact lenses after corneal collagen cross-linking (CCL), and to present possible changes ocular flora riboflavin/ultraviolet A.Methods: Seventy-two patients who underwent CCL 41 photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) as control group were enrolled study. After 48 h incubation, broth culture media was transferred plates. Samples accepted positive if one or more colony-forming units shown.Results: There cultures in 12 (16.7%) 5 (12.2%) had PRK group. Coagulase-negative staphlycocci (CNS) most frequent microorganism.
