摘要: After a stroke, both animals and humans can regain lost function. The molecular basis of this functional plasticity is unknown. In manuscript, we describe developmental protein expression in the ischemic brain after stroke. We present data on localization select cell-cycle proteins, cytoskeletal [microtubule-associated protein-2 (MAP-2)], growth-associated (GAP-43) neurofilament (nestin) rat brain. These proteins are upregulated selectively localized to periinfarct regions for at least 4 weeks middle cerebral artery occlusion rat. these developmentally regulated suggests that reverts fetal stage possibly an attempt restructure
