摘要: The inclusion of an extra selection step based on genomic evaluation in breeding schemes invalidates some the assumptions leading to optimal properties BLUP. In particular, process is no longer fully described analysis and distribution Mendelian sampling term trivial. It feared that estimation values will be biased national international evaluations. target this study assess such a bias, measured as difference between average estimated true values, through simulations. True value including information are simulated. Considering different parameters, it was found indeed BLUP biased. When implemented, solutions underestimate young sires their daughters. Further, reliabilities computed overestimate squared correlation values.
