摘要: Trophectoderm formation is the first cell lineage segregation during early embryo development. Further differentiation of trophectoderm to various types trophoblasts key event placentation process, which crucial for embryonic implantation and successful pregnancy. The anatomic structure human placenta different from that rodents have provided best model study molecular cellular mechanisms trophoblast However, due ethical practical restrictions, regulatory development are poorly explored understood. Recent evidences demonstrate stem cells (ESCs) capable towards in culture, after induction by extracellular signals or specific genetic manipulation master factors. This review summarizes recent advances deriving ESCs, suggests novel regulate commitment.
