摘要: PURPOSE: To determine the prognostic factors and outcome of first-line induction failure Hodgkin's disease patients who were treated with a salvage regimen high-dose chemotherapy autologous stem-cell transplantation, to compare them matched, conventionally patients. PATIENTS AND METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed data relating 86 underwent transplantation after first regimen, either because they did not enter complete remission experienced progression less than 3 months end their treatment or showed evidence during therapy. Graft matched 258 (three controls per case) for age, sex, clinical stage, B symptoms, time at risk; patient obtained from international databases.
