摘要: Background: Androgen receptors (ARs) are expressed in many breast cancer cells, but the mechanism of action androgens is not as well-characterized other cell types. The study microRNAs has recently provided with important insights into biology hormone-dependent cancer. Materials and Methods: We attempted to identify induced by dihydrotestosterone an AR-positive line. examined a possible correlation among microRNAs, target genes, ARs tissues using immunohistochemistry laser capture microscopy. Results: Our analysis demonstrated that miR-363 its IQ motif WD repeats-1 (IQWD1) involved microRNA–mRNA pathway related androgens. analyses showed high tumor level IQWD1 patients was significantly associated adverse clinical outcomes. Conclusion: findings indicated recruitment may be prerequisite for growth stimulation through cells.
