摘要: Resistance exercise is a popular form of physical activity recommended to improve muscular strength and endurance, fat-free mass bone mineral density. In our study, we investigated the effects single bouts whole body circuit-resistance on blood lipid profile (concentration triacylglycerol – TG, total cholesterol TC, high-density lipoprotein derived h DL-C), glucose level as well fat oxidation rate (FOR) resting metabolic RMR. Eight normolipidemic recreationally trained men (22.4 ± 2.1 year old, 80.6 8.7 kg, 13.9 3.4%, VO2 max 52.9 3.3 ml/kg/min) volunteered participate in study. Mean RMR amounted 6.65 0.48 kJ/min. at rest did not markedly change 24 after cessation. The baseline FOR reached mean value 0.14 0.02 g/min. During postexercise recovery remained unchanged, however serum TG decreased finishing workout, compared with value. Those changes were accompanied by no significant concentration status. Conclusion: session circuit resistance sufficient increase during post-exercise recovery, it results favourable decrease level.
