摘要: Objective To investigate whether kinase insert domain-containing receptor ( KDR ) gene polymorphisms are risk factors for recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) in Korean women. Design Case-control study. Setting University hospital. Patient(s) Three hundred twenty-seven idiopathic RSA patients and 230 controls with ethnicity. Intervention(s) None. Main Outcome Measure(s) The -604T→C (rs2071559), 1192G→A (rs2305948), 1719A→T (rs1870377) were assessed. Result(s) -604TC TC+CC genotypes more prevalent than (adjusted odds ratio [AOR] = 2.091 2.076, respectively). -604TC+CC/1192GG, -604TC+CC/1719AA, -604TC+CC/1719TA+TT combined exhibited higher frequencies (AOR 2.422, 2.611, 2.216, -604C/1192G/1719A, -604C/1192G/1719T, -604C/1192G, -604C/1719A, -604C/1719T haplotype (OR 1.778, 2.659, 2.089, 1.678, 1.806, respectively), whereas -604T/1192G/1719A, -604T/1192G, -604T/1719A lower No association was found between or 1719A→T. Conclusion(s) An the polymorphism Carriers of -604C variant allele frequent among controls, suggesting that may confer risk. Taiwanese Han women not observed
