摘要: ZnO is an attractive material for ultraviolet (UV) light emitters and detectors, transparent thin-film transistors. It also readily synthesized in the form of nanostructures. In this paper we discuss fabrication a number nanowire devices, including transistors, diodes, UV pH sensors. has been effectively used as gas sensor based on near-surface modification charge distribution with surface-absorbed species. The large surface area nanorods makes them chemical sensing, ability to control their nucleation sites candidates high-density arrays.
