摘要: Abstract High aspect ratio zinc oxide (ZnO) nanotubes (NT) were synthesized based on a two-steps approach. In the first step, ZnO nanorod (NR) arrays prepared by chemical bath deposition from an aqueous of nitrate. second cores NRs carved selectively in KCl solution, resulting formation tubular structure. The influence KCL concentration, temperature, and immersion time NT process was completely characterized investigated. 12.5 μm NTs have been utilized to manufacture dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) as result, conversion efficiencies 1.06% 2.87% obtained, respectively. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements demonstrated that could acquire higher electron lifetime compared which causes faster collection. overall improvement NT-based DSSC performance demonstrates new approach enhance efficiency cells.
