摘要: Abstract The method of electrophoretic deposition (EPD) was used to fabricate ion-conducting polymer-in-ceramic membranes. TGA, DSC, XRD, TOFSIMS, ESEM and AC-impedance tests were for the characterization films. We found that relative content polyethylene oxide LiAlO 2 in membrane depends on type solvent composition suspension. Films deposited at 50 V are smoother, conformal more uniform than those prepared 100, 150 200 V. TOFSIMS positive-ion-species images showed with increase concentration ceramic powder suspension, PEO occurs predominantly between particles. ionic conductivity a composite membrane, impregnated 0.3 M LiTFSI–PYR 14 TFSI ionic-liquid electrolyte is 1–3 mS/cm 30–60 °C comparable commercial battery separators. quasi-solid plasticized PEO-in-LiAlO 0.2 mS/cm room temperature does not change up 100 °C. When Si anode conformally follows contours rough electrode surface provides strong mechanical integrity anode, enabling improved capacity Li/Si cell. This study paves way application new simple EPD approach preparation wide-temperature-range lithium-ion conducting electrolytes.
