摘要: Aims: To monitor seasonal variations in the microbiology of maize silage and to determine whether risk fungal spoilage varies during whole-year storage. Methods Results: A continuous survey 20 stacks was conducted over a period from three 11 months after ensiling. Filamentous fungi, yeasts lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were enumerated at five time-points, cultivable species filamentous fungi identified. Significant differences numbers yeast LAB detected. The highest seven lowest ensiling, while decreased study. isolated all time-points. most abundant toxigenic mould Penicillium roqueforti, paneum Aspergillus fumigatus. Conclusions: There are significant whole storage season. 5–7 months ensiling 11 months. Significance Impact Study: This information is valuable assessment health risks connected with spoiled may be useful management stacks, when whole-season applied.
