摘要: Abstract Daily subcutaneous doses of 0.02, 0.2, or 2 mg/kg/d recombinant murine interferon-gamma (rmuIFN-γ) were given to mice on postnatal days 8 through 60 determine effects maturation, behavioral/ functional development, and reproductive capacity. Male receiving rmuIFN-γ had delayed sexual reduced epididymal testes weights, sperm count concentration, abnormalities (crimped flagellum). Mating performance fertility also in the absence altered histopathology testes. Males 0.2 swelling ulcerative dermatitis around urogenital area, which observed after contact attributed a bacterial infection. Motor activity (time spent movement) was decreased all mg/kg/d. No microscopic changes any organs administration.
