摘要: This chapter will give a short introduction into current technology related and biology problems in the microarray technology, approaches undertaken to overcome such problems, and, finally, it present some key features of most commercial platforms which have emerged over past few years may help solve technical at least instrumentation side. Standard operating protocols, guidelines, as well careful routine checking instrumentation, spotting or hybridization devices reader (laser/charge-coupled device (CCD) camera), are necessary for running platform successfully. Furthermore, standardized reference material, databases, analysis software be generating confidential data across all laboratories additionally support full power DNA research diagnostic tool.
