摘要: IL-1 is a cytokine with wide variety of effects on cells involved in inflammatory and immune responses, hemopoiesis, bone formation. Many cell types have been shown to produce vitro; however, very little known about the source role vivo. By using situ hybridization, we examined tissue distribution containing mRNA normal C57BL/6 mice. The results show that many organs contain mRNA-positive cells, but highest frequency was found lymphoid organs. localization these suggest mRNA-producing are macrophages. Organs exposed environmental Ag microbial products (lymph nodes, liver, intestine, lung, uterus) had high frequencies suggesting produced local or responses production thymus marrow suggests available play physiologic roles T differentiation hemopoiesis.
