摘要: IL-1 is a cytokine with wide variety of effects on cells involved in inflammatory and immune responses, hemopoiesis, bone formation. Many cell types have been shown to produce vitro; however, very little known about the source role vivo. By using situ hybridization, we examined tissue distribution containing mRNA normal C57BL/6 mice. The results show that many organs contain mRNA-positive cells, but highest frequency was found lymphoid organs. localization these suggest mRNA-producing are macrophages.
