摘要: The increase in the number of reports abnormalities male sex development wildlife and humans coincided with introduction 'oestrogenic' chemicals such as DDT (1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis(p-chlorophenyl)ethane) into environment. Although these phenotypic alterations are thought to be mediated by oestrogen receptor, they also consistent inhibition androgen receptor-mediated events. Here we report that major persistent metabolite, p,p'-DDE (1,1-dichloro-2,2-bis(p-chlorophenyl)ethylene), has little ability bind but inhibits binding androgen-induced transcriptional activity, action developing, pubertal adult rats. results suggest induced related environmental may at level receptor.
