摘要: The prevalences of liver-cell-membrane antibody (LMA), smooth-muscle antibodies, antinuclear antibodies and antimitochondrial were evaluated in 63 selected patients with acute viral hepatitis types A, B, non-A non-B. Twenty had a complete, uneventful recovery, 19 fulminant hepatitis, 24 progressed to chronic liver disease. Acute-phase follow-up sera from all tested for IgA, IgM, IgG class. the IgM autoantibodies acute-phase not significantly different three groups irrespective clinical outcome.
