摘要: Biosurfactants have many advantages over synthetic surfactants but higher production costs. Identifying microorganisms with high capacities for these molecules and optimizing their growth conditions can reduce cost. The present work aimed to isolate identify a fungus biosurfactant capacity, optimize its in low cost culture medium, characterize the chemical structure of molecule. fungal strain UFSM-BAS-01 was isolated from soil contaminated hydrocarbons identified as Fusarium fujikuroi. To production, Plackett-Burman design central composite rotational were used. variables evaluated pH, incubation period, temperature, agitation amount inoculum liquid medium containing glucose. partial molecule by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry. F. fujikuroi reduced surface tension 72 20mNm-1 under optimized pH 5.0, 37°C 7 days 190rpm agitation. identification demonstrated presence an α,β-trehalose. study is first report biosynthesis this compound fujikuroi, suggesting that produced belongs class trehalolipids.
