摘要: Abstract In favourable circumstances magnetic domains can be made to move very rapidly through a ferromagnetic material in response an applied field. Recently this phenomenon has been exploited novel situation where cylindrical or ‘bubbles’ are used store and manipulate information binary form. Because of their small size high mobility bubbles may arranged form memory which storage density quickly accessed. recent years much effort gone into developing suitable materials support these the design optimum device configurations.
