摘要: This paper reports some results of an investigation the domain structure and microstructure high-rate sputtered Co-Cr films by transmission scanning electron microscopy. We find that form is dependent on (a) degree c-axis texture in polycrystalline films, (b) grain size morphology (c) thickness film. The can vary from a short wavelength ripple or featherlike through stripe to which be interpreted terms discretely magnetised regions Scanning micrographs cross-sections thicker show both equiaxed columnar structures obtained. relationship between magnetic micro-structures are discussed these observations.
