摘要: Recombinant DNA modified by a nucleotide sequence coding for specific polypeptide whose expression is sought, this recombinant being appropriate to the transformation of eucaryotic cell lines, notably human or animal, endogenous polymerases which are susceptible recognizing adenovirus promoters. The according invention more particularly characterized fact that said insertion placed under direct control early promoter E1A region genome adenovirus.
