摘要: 1. Recombinant vector, particularly of the phage plasmid type, characterized by fact that it contains an insert consisting substantially a DNA fragment coming from cDNA corresponding to RNA poliovirus, possessing up 1.2 kilopairs bases and containing nucleotide sequence coding for poliovirus VP1 protein or part this which codes those antigenic determinants can be considered as essentially responsible immunogenicity immunological specificity protein, i.e. capacity form antigen-antibody complexes mono polyclonal neutralizing sera, prepared injection into animal whole fixed with formol (serum D specificity).
