摘要: Production of neutralizing antibodies for poliovirus, or other enteroviruses, employing the capsid polypeptide VP1. Vaccines can be produced this in place killed live attenuated virus, and VP1 employed assays whole virions. by isolating it from virion cloning cDNA sequences coding protein recombinant vectors.
