摘要: A process for preparing a protein having an antigen determinant site of capside VPI utilizing cyclic double-stranded DNA containing high expression promotor/ operator, SD sequence under its control, and portion which codes attenuated poliovirus strain. This invention enables to produce the in large amount as blended or non-blended protein.
