摘要: Abstract Within the context of molds and dies production, frequent changes in design increased competitiveness require an overall optimized manu- facturing process. The finishing process is typically composed accurate milling stage to manage shape deviations, followed by polishing operations reach required surface roughness. Local improvements set independently do not necessarily lead op- timal manufacturing planning. This study aims propose a method improve whole sequence considering constraints from machine tool. turning point between consists linking them evaluation topography obtained after milling. From there, thanks predictive model roughness, can be performed, time evaluated. On other hand, for given tool desired intermediate topog- raphy, parameters also modified actual machining predicted. Thus evaluated balancing times reduce total time. Experiments are carried out on aluminum mold blowing plastic bottles.
