摘要: Carrot embryogenic callus (EC) forms larger and tighter clusters of cells than does non-embryogenic (NC). Morphological histochemical analyses EC NC were made using the electron microscope. The entire cell wall in was strongly stained by ruthenium red, which reacts primarily with carboxyl groups acidic sugars. By contrast, EC, strong staining red wall, amorphous structures on surface secretory vesicles observed only after treatment NaOH. Scanning microscopy revealed presence but not NC. These results suggest abundance non-methylesterified pectins methylesterified peripherally located walls respectively, as well absence, carrot cultured cells, any correlation between calcium bridges intercellular attachment.
