摘要: This paper reviews a significant body of evidence regarding the impact trade unionism on economic performance and seeks to evaluate antithetical views whether estimated differences between union nonunion workers firms represent: illusions created by poor experiments, real effects explicable solely in price-theoretic terms, or which reflect non wage-related dimensions unions. The review yields conclusions both substantive questions at hand methodologies have been used address their validity.
