摘要: Abstract Central renin–angiotensin system (RAS) is as important the peripheral RAS in control of cardiovascular homeostasis adult. However, previous fetal studies on angiotensin II (ANG II)-induced responses focused exclusively side. Thus, few data exist characterizing utero development central angiotensin-mediated pressor responses. The present study determined to application ANG chronically prepared near-term ovine fetus, and action sites marked by c-fos expression hypothalamus following intracerebroventricular (icv) injection utero. significantly increased systolic, diastolic, mean arterial pressure (MAP) within 5 min after this peptide into brain. Adjusted MAP against amniotic was also icv II, associated with putative area—the paraventricular nuclei (PVN). Application induced intense supraoptic (SON), accompanied a significant increase plasma vasopressin (AVP) levels, while maternal blood (BP) AVP concentration were not changed. These results indicate that II-mediated response functional at last third gestation, acting consistent neural network hypothalamus.
