摘要: Abstract This study determined the development of AT1 and AT2 receptors in ovine fetal brain from preterm to term by utilizing Western blot for receptor expression at protein level, RT-PCR mRNA, immunostaining specific immunoreactivity. The results demonstrated that developed an increasing pattern gestational periods sheep brain. Both have appeared major structures angiotensin-related central cardiovascular body fluid controlling pathways 0.7 age. Importantly, been discovered supraoptic nuclei hypothalamus, lateral parabrachial ventrolateral medulla hindbrain. provides evidence anatomical existence angiotensin areas are critical regulatory functions utero. In addition, although predominance several regions such as cerebellum brain, dominant occupation hypothalamus early life animals before birth. Together, data support hypothesis well established last third trimester gestation. provide a pharmacological basis action maintenance utero physiological functions, including balance.
