摘要: Nowadays, a considerable number of enterprises develop new products using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. One the modules typical ERP system concerns project management. Functionalities this module consist defining resources, company calendars, sequence tasks, task duration etc. in order to obtain schedule. These parameters can be defined by employees according their knowledge, or they connected with data from previous completed projects.
