摘要: Abstract The plasma cholinesterases of chickens (line 304) with inherited muscular dystrophy and 2 normal lines were examined from 12 days incubation to 14 weeks after hatching. Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) non-specific cholinesterase (BChE) activities distinguished by spectrophotometric, electrophoretic titrimetric analyses using acetylcholine, butyrylcholine, their thioester analogs acetylthiocholine butyrylthiocholine as substrates 284C51 iso-OMPA selective inhibitors. Plasma dystrophic embryos chicks had high AChE activity. For example, age, 37% hydrolysis was inhibited the anti-AChE agent 284C51. results support view that embryo contains BChE forms. After hatching forms decrease greatly in a shift occurs. Later, return line plasma. activity circumstantially associated multiple molecular sarcoplasm muscles it is likely these are sources also confirmed acetyl-β-methylcholine, unlike situation which exists mammals, hydrolyzed both chicken, cannot be used distinguish cholinesterases.
