摘要: Abstract A fiber optic glucose biosensor based on Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylamide) (P(NIPAAm-co-AAm))-magnetic-immobilized oxidase (GOD) complex (PMIGC)was fabricated to perform the controllable detection of by changing temperature. The was prepared combining P(NIPAAm-co-AAm) with GOD immobilized Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 (F)@meso-SiO nanoparticles using in-situ method. Since has lower critical solution temperature (LCST) 36 °C, at above LCST, shrank and PMIGC could not catalyze oxidation glucose. At below swelled catalysis occurred. Because this sensing characteristics PMIGC, can be carried out biosensor. optimal conditions for were achieved pH6.5, 35 °C 12 mg amount. 25 °C, a good linear relationship between Ͽ , phase delay change sensor head, concentration in range 50700 mg/dL (2.7838.89 mmol/L) observed, limit 8.33 mg/dL (0.46 mmol/L) (S/N = 3).
