摘要: The effect of electron-electron interactions on the surface states ionicd-band oxides is reported. local density cations in valence band region significantly increased when occur gap. Coulomb repulsion associated with thissurface enhanced covalency tends to force out These results suggest an explanation recent experiments SrTiO3 and TiO2.
