摘要: With the use of 31P n.m.r. spectroscopy, separate pKa values each six phosphoric monoester groups myo-inositol hexaphosphate were determined. The range hydrogen-ion concentrations covered extended from that required for phosphonium salts to full dodecyl anion, and determinations carried out in presence sodium tetrabutylammonium cations. phosphate grouping transition free acid forms group monoanion form was determined be: 1.1, C-2; 1.5, C-1 C-3; 2.1, C-4 C-6; 1.7, C-5. In mono- di-anion transition, were: 6.85, 7.60, C-5; 5.70 12.0, 10.0, C-6. These data appearance multiplet are discussed terms conformations hexaphosphate.
