摘要: This work aimed to evaluate the effects on renal tissue integrity after hydroxyethyl starch (HES) 130/0.4 and Ringer's lactate (RL) administration in pigs under general anesthesia acute bleeding. A total of 30 mL/kg blood were passively removed from femoral artery two groups Large White pigs, intravenous with propofol remifentanil. After bleeding, Group 1 (n = 11) received RL solution (25 mL/kg) 2 HES (20 mL/kg). Additionally, 3 6) was not submitted bleeding or volume replacement. Pigs euthanized kidneys processed for histopathological immunohistochemical analyses. Minimal moderate glomerular, tubular, interstitial changes, as well papillary necrosis, observed all experimental groups. Pre-apoptosis apoptosis indicators higher that 130/0.4, indicating a insult. Both may cause injury, although injury be more significant receiving 13/0.4. Results also suggest remifentanil this effect can dose related.
