摘要: Endometrial cancer represents a tumor entity with great variation in its incidence throughout the world (range 1 to 25). This suggests enormous possibilities of prevention due fact that is very much endocrine-related, chiefly obesity, and thus most frequent developed world. As far as treatment concerned, it generally accepted surgery first choice treatment. However, several recommendations seem reasonable especially lymphadenectomy, even though they are not based on evidence. All high-risk cases recommended for radiotherapy. A literature search Medline was carried out all articles endometrial carcinoma related diagnosis The were systematically reviewed categorized into incidence, etiology, precancerosis, early diagnosis, classification, staging, prevention, article organized similar subheadings. In spite overall good prognosis during stages disease, survival poor advanced or recurrences. Diagnostic measures well able detect asymptomatic These only justified if patients' chances likely improve, otherwise such increases costs decrease quality life. To date neither current nor improved concepts endocrine chemotherapy have been substantially increase survival. Therefore, newer use antibodies e.g. trastuzumab HER2-overexpressing tumors compounds will need be investigated. Furthermore, would highly desirable future studies identify valid criteria an individualized management, thereby maximizing benefits minimizing risks.
