摘要: An indium complex of a cationic, water-soluble, synthetic porphyrin, tetra-4-N-methylpyridyl porphyrin tosylate, has been prepared and evaluated for its selective localization in tumors Syrian Golden hamsters with flank transplanted malignant melanoma (Fortner MMI). Tumor-to-blood ratios the compound increase from 42:1 at 6 hr postinjection, which time activity levels tumor exceed those all other tissues, to 162.1 72 hr. Images one hamster three periods clearly delineated nontarget background also demarcated viable necrotic zones within itself.
