摘要: Animal models have been used to determine the effects of spaceflight on immune system. Rats and rhesus monkeys primary animals for actual space flight studies, but mice also utilized studies in ground-based models. The ground based model has hindlimb unloading rodents, which is similar chronic bed-rest humans. A variety responses shown be modified when are unloaded. These results parallel those observed flown space. In general, depressed maintained or raise possibility that could result decreased resistance infection animals.
