摘要: ABSTRACT: This work was undertaken to study prostate innervation during the postnatal development of rats. It deals with quantification nervous fibers throughout all regions rat using a general marker for tissue, protein gene product 9.5, and 2 neuropeptides (NPY VIP). Forty male Wistar rats (prepubertals, pubertals, young, aged adults) were studied immunohistochemistry (PGP 9.5), neuropeptide Y (NPY), vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP). They also evaluated length density nerve (LV PGP LV NPY, Nerve immunoreactive 3 antigens detected in groups zones. Periductal NPY evidenced significant increase pubertal group, maintained adult life. VIP showed young adults. The densities significantly higher periductal ampular locations comparison dorsal ventral sites. can be concluded that relative amount prostate, by does not change development.
