摘要: The transfer of momentum from a photon stream to free electrons and holes in germanium has been studied. It is shown that Q‐switched CO2 laser at 10.6μ can sufficient produce longitudinal emf rectangular rod typically 4 cm long. This provides useful, very high speed detector, operating room temperature.
