摘要: Vaccines are safe and efficacious in reducing the burden of several serious infections affecting children adults. Due to their efficacy, vaccines often administered patients with chronic diseases, likely be under poly-therapy. Because case reports indicating changes drug metabolism after vaccination, hypothesis an interaction between specific drugs has been put forward. These interactions conceivably great concern, especially treated molecules characterised by a narrow therapeutic index. Herein, we review systematise available evidence on vaccine-drug interactions. The picture that emerges indicates reduction activity CYPs following vaccination may occur, most via interferon γ overproduction, for such as anticonvulsivant theophylline have significant clinical relevance. Clinical metabolised cytochromes uninfluenced INFγ levels, warfarin, instead unlikely happen. Further studies however needed gain complete define relevance terms possible negative impact.
