摘要: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common arrhythmia: its incidence increases markedly with age and it frequently associated heart failure (HF) [1]. In patients HF the of AF estimated at between 20% 40%.HF gives rise to electrophysiologic hemodynamic changes in atrial tissue that favor onset maintenance fibrillation: sympathetic tone, increased pressure, wall-stretching, mitral regurgitation. On other hand, often leads marked worsening clinical condition these patients: loss systole, high irregular ventricular rate, regurgitation, low coronary cerebral flow, so on.
